The lyrics,the year it was recorded, any news of its release,coming. I also know richard is sitting on alot of unreleased material,and somewhat slow at releasing it. In the Buried Treasure article doesn't mention the year of recording, but I think I have read in others sources that it is an outtake from the Carpenters album of 1971.
