I had made several casts using the TDR-30 last year and I was suprised at how good it would cast.
Let me know how the casting with the 270 comes along. Is it like having to learn how to cast all over again or is it more like slightly altering your current casting abilities?
When you were fishing last week were you tossing Anchovies or Sardines? Did you have to use any weight to get good distance from the reel?
and finally, Would you recommend buying one?
