According to the recent Seattle Times article, Mr Blake is said to be a ponytailed Harley rider who hails from Gig Harbor. A place of residence there would not make him Acting Mayor of Soap Lake. Besides, the real Mayor Of Soap Lake does not have a ponytail or a Harley. NEITHER does he groove out on lava lamps. Soap Lake Mayor is Kenneth Lee, a long-time resident not a transient.
