COSTS $850,000.00 to get that baffle answered, according to the Giant Lava Team and their WA-CERT application. The speil of that splurge was to come after the hairbrain idea. $850,000.00 they requested is phase 2,feasibility study of the $25 million dollar project and a sheer waste. Hear say..that the axing of their application was not a light blow.
