YEH saw the picture of the lamp on the Lava Leader's Web. They stuck it smack in the middle of downtown Soap Lake as you said, right in the intersection of Canna and Main St. That just shows to go you about poor planning. What a big giant traffic hazard that would be.

One website I saw on the Internet saw the Saoap Lake Giant Lava Lamp in another different light. (excuse that double-headed pun) The term they used went something like this.. want to "squat" the LAVA lamp in middle of the street. Squat or Smack it reeks of incomparable incompatiblity.
