Sept,02, Roadside America features "Great attractions on the drawing board, seeking sponsors, praying for a miracle..." Comment there brought up another issue.. "delightful thermal effect of normal-size Lava Lamps may be difficult too achieve on this scale." (re: 60ft Giant Lava Lamp)

Source:eco-nomic.com. Reply: Yes..indeed, Haggerty Enterprises makes the ONLY and the most beautiful LAVA Lamps. The lava lamp is beautiful as you said Becky and I can see why you can hardly wait to see it in person!  The same part part that you said concerns you Becky, concerns us all,the 60ft mounted searchlight, visible for 50 miles, shining vertically. I can not answer your question re if this is 50 miles up, down, or sideways? Further you said... "Do I think it might attract alien space ships,"  Is Soap Lake ready for an invasion by alien space ship creatures?  Oh, it is so exciting! Good luck!
I think the idea of using the name LAVA LAMP and wanting to engineer such came from outer space so.....what more could Soap Lake ask for than another invasion of rights.
