Review Chapters 6,7, and 8.

I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying your story, dq, the second time around. I'm picking up on so many subtle little details that you placed throughout it that I didn't catch before and knowing how it turns out, I'll reread them and just say "terrific!" to myself. You never cease to amaze me!

To anyone new reading dq's story I wanted to tell you it only gets better and better if you can believe that! It is my favorite among her Peter and Sophie trilogy. I almost said Peter and Sully trilogy. Well you know where my mind is focused. :)

Okay onto my review!

No favorite words in these last three unless you want to count "Gus" again. :) See, I did not mention Hank, but I did say Gus.

Favorite lines in no particular order.
1.Obviously, Ben Reardon had finally lost his mind!

Btw, I never asked you this, but who do you see in the role of Ben? I think I covered almost everyone else in my earlier inquiries, though now come to think of it I did leave a few of the more minor characters out, but I won't ask about them until they appear. I'm doing my best in my comments not to give any important details away.

2. He's charming Peter,....Fascinating & Intimidating at the same time.

I loved this description and enjoyed it all the more this time around after viewing the movie you suggested.

3. Charity found herself amused by Gus in spite of herself.

Wouldn't any red blooded woman??? Gus is great! Gus is gracious! Gus has gusto! Gus is a gem! (Sorry, I was just practicing my alliteration there!) Have I ever asked you who you saw in the role of Charity before also? I don't remember. (See, I'm giving you homework again!)

4. Personally I think he was just looking for another excuse to marry me.

Lol!

5. That sometimes something just 'felt' right.

I guess this my favorite one. I so subscribe to this saying , and it is another good example of the subtle plotting and planning of a very good writer. This line probably wouldn't have been my favorite the first time around. It would probably have been 2 or more likely 3, since I don't think Gus' impact had hit me in full force this early in the story. In other words readers, Watch out for Gus! Oh, and yes, "Keep your paws off of him! He's all mine!! Mine! A favorite word of my 1 year old niece. :)
