I know some folks like to do everything themselves, but, frankly, it would be money well spent to have a professional sailmaker measure the actual rig and make recommendations, rather than depending on specs that may or may not directly relate to what you've got.
We had new masts made for Ta' Ata Ori several years ago (aluminum) and the mast maker worked hand-in-hand with the sailmaker. The result: perfect fit.
