The sand covered road is our road we travel daily. This road seems to be covered with sand most of the time. And other times, on rare occasion, the road is spotless of sand. When sand blows over our road it's hard to see our path. Where we must go is unknown, a mystery. The road changes forms, from brick to concrete to dirt. Different hardnesses to walk on. Different textures that makes the sand easy to stick to. Our roads always seem to have bridges over rivers. Some rickety bridges others have solid stone bridges. Eather way this road that seems to wind in endless circles is in reality taking us farther into our lifes journy. Almost as if it's a pre-made road thats been there for many years, since the begining of time. Our roads cross other roads. We see tracks of where one has been and we feel as if this "cross road" is suposed to be of importance.

Wind picks up and the sand over comes the road. Sometimes the sand can blind you and twist you into confusion and put you into a sleep. Then you wake from this twirling confusion and sleep only to find all is gone and there is no road to follow. The only thing you can do is wait and stay until the wind picks up again and blows the sand away. Though, sometimes you worry of the wind. Your affraid that the wind might bring in more sand and burry you again. You ask yourself why and cry to God in your confusion and suffication on the blowing sand. No matter what the sand will blow away off your road and you can begin to move forward.

The sand covered road. Our dangerous but only way to go in life. The natural and supernatural road that you stay on no matter what. When ever you wonder off this sand covered road you seem to come accross your road once again.

Questioning yourself, why? Why a road of many types? Why can my road be covered by this sand? What is up ahead on my road? What is at the end of my road? The inevitable, death. Is that the end of my sand covered road? Yes and no. The road continues but the sand is no more.
