No, Anna did not move 6 months prior to her PRELIM win, so that was not legit, and those girls who competed with her should sue for fraud. Furthermore, she did NOT make PERMANENT residence during the six months prior, and even stated she lived in NY on her USA bio, which was ON the web. In her farewell address, she even said that she would be moving BACK to NY...I almost died. Sad for people who competed last year, isn't it?
