in the box and would not dare make change in their beliefs and venture outside of the box. I work around all different types of people and realize that we are all different and guess what we will always be that way. Don't let others discourage you because I am sure it is just a few people that let this be a big deal.

  - I am not the poster to which you have responded, but I believe that an AMERICAN should speak english. (If she doesn't know and speak OUR language, maybe she should compete in HER country.) If she is being judged in an interview situation where her english is POOR at best, then she should NOT be rewarded with the placement. Btw, your argument is not valid concerning Ericka...she was a "plain ole hick". No excuse for it.
