Senior's moment? Not sure of your message. This isn't about selling any of my books. It's whether or not you've got a 45 in your collection that's worth a lot of money.

My choice of a 45 in mint condition that Petty engineered is Lance Record's "I Wanna Come Back (from the World of LSD)" by the Fe-Fi-Four Plus 2.

Its present collector's value is well over $4,000. It sold only around 900 units upon its 1965 release in Albuquerque.

In the early '90s, a local record shop called me and offered to sell me a box of 50 in mint condition for $600.00. I accepted, but when I got to shop within 20 minutes, he said someone else had offered $1,500 for the box and he just couldn't turn it down.

So, 50 units x $4,000 = $200,000, that is if I would have hung onto them until now.
