She didn't call them bitches. She called them little sheep. That's why she ordered them to baaaah.

But as I said, she tends to let her passions get the better of her. Was making the girls baaah hard on them? I don't think so. She didn't make them baaah in front of the class. If they would have refused, she would have given them detention. Again, not too hard at all in my opinion. Personally, I was waiting for her to order them into the bathroom to wash off all of their make-up so we could see what they look like without the paint and spackle. I don't consider that hard at all. Like when teachers in my school made gum chewers take out their gum and wear it on the end of their noses all day.
