...Scott will not be getting back together with Meredith, so you can start breathing again. ;) Actually, it has been reported that Scott and LAUREN will be hooking up in a future episode. I'm not sure I approve of that- it seems out of character for Scott to get in the sack with somebody so soon after another relationship. And yes, many people have argued that Scott has been infatuated with Lauren for a long time. However, I suspect part of what fueled that crush was the fact that Lauren was unattainable. I really think Scott would get scared if Lauren actually started reciprocating his romantic desires. ;) But I suppose I should wait to see how this goes down before starting in on the full scale criticism of the move.

The fact that Meredith appears in the preview does raise my eyebrows though. Why in the blazes is she there? Scott is the only individual in the faculty with whom she had a connection, and that relationship was terminated. Does she crash the party I guess? Will there be fireworks between Meredith and Scott when she does appear? I certainly hope so- it would be cheap, cheap, cheap if suddenly they were on speaking terms.
