Subject: It's coming back on the 22nd of April...and on the subject of the "fake-out"...

As I understand it, BP is still one of the highest rated dramas on Fox, so I don't think they will be scrapping it any time soon. This is just one of those midseason hiatuses that strikes all shows around March. They are saving the last run of new episodes for the May sweeps.

I feel your pain, though. They need to resolve Scott's storyline, like, NOW.

Did you chicken out and skip last night's rerun of "Chapter 15"? I waited until the very end to tune in (for the previews)- otherwise, there might've been a big, gaping hole in the middle of my TV screen right about now. The "fake-out" was LIGHTYEARS from funny. And you know, what makes me even madder were the ads they played on my local station last night that treated it as April-Fools appropriate. HO HO HO! Let's sit back and giggle gleefully as the teachers of Boston Public proceed to trample over and pee on a lonely man's innocent dream! Har har har! NOT. Devoid of soul, perhaps, but not chuckle-worthy.

Whew! Turns out I still have some very strong feelings about this! ;) I can't help it, though- the longing in Scott's eyes as he talked about his many nights alone (the only scene that saved this storyline from being completely despised by me) made me weep for him. :'( How could they?

Steph
