>I was lucky enough to go to five shows on this tour. All the Los Angeles shows, San Diego, and Irvine shows!!!

The very first one was the San Diego, CA (Spreckles show). It was sooooooo amazing. My friend and I were able to get up against the stage. I was a total dork, I just stood there almost in shock. I couldn't believe that I was so close to Steve Perry. Yeah, I felt like I was 12 years old again. My friend just laughed at me and danced on. Getting to be so close to the stage when he put on his coat and strutted around was my favorite part of the show. His voice was even stronger and more intense then it was when I had seen Journey several times in the past. He looked and sounded better then ever!!!

One funny part of the evening was when a lady threw her bra up on stage. It was huge. Steve Perry put it up on his microphone and giggled. As if, "what am I going to do with that?" It was really funny. Another really great moment was when a lady in the audience got her Journey Scrapbook to the stage and he signed it. I think that it may have been the same lady who threw the bra?

If the night wasn't awesome enough, we were pleasantly suprised when we found ourself right behind Moyes in line waiting for our car. He was sooooo nice! He mentioned that he was on his way to meet his wife in Los Angeles. Atleast I think that is where she was. It was so long ago. Anyway, he signed our stickers from the show. When I my friend told him that I had tickets to all the Pantages shows, and that I had been in the Journey Force and SPIN Fanclub, he said that if I made it to the backstage area in Los Angeles, he would get me back there. Of course, I am an idiot!!! I will always kick myself for not trying. I felt really stupid, and was too shy to bother the people at the gate. Oh well, my only chance and I blew it=-(

Ok, now I have rambled on way too long. Thank you for starting this post. It was really nice just to sit and remember=-)

Take care all,

Tracie
