Yes Yes !! I was there. Memphis Tn, Orpheum Theater, Nov 30, 1994. Front Row! (first time I ever had front row seats thanks to a co-worker!) Sash Jordan opened for him. She was great. It was the best night of my life because, after 15 years, I finally met "THE VOICE"..It was undescribeable! Not only did he come down to the front row and get roses from me ( I also was able to sneak a kiss on his cheek when he took my roses) and alot of other girls, ! I was able to get back stage, with my friend, and was able to get the bands autograph. Steve was the last one to enter the small room backstage. There he was, right in front of me! I could not believe it. I was able to get his autograph and shake his hand and tell him how incredible it was to meet him! he was so charming and took the time to talk to everyone as much as he could. Oh, and the show was awesome too! The "coat molester" was hilarious! My co-worker, who got the tickets for me, also got 2 tickets for the president of the company that I was working for. He was sitting next to me with me & my friend. Being that is was the first time I had ever had front row , and for it to be for a Steve Perry concert.. I said to my boss, "I am going to apologize to you right now, because when the lights go down, I am the only one here! I stood on my feet practically the whole time, the friend that went with me, sat the whole time. But I didnt care, I knew she wasn't really "a fan" but I wanted her to go with me anyway. I just wish that I would have realized that my camera was still dangling from my wrist when he came down to get the roses from me.. I would have loved to get a pic of that . I am sure someone took a pic of it because he was right there ! Oh , I could go on and on about that night. I never thought I would be lucky enough to get front row much less meet him... it was an amazing night!
