Puppy Aggression -- Big Mooch, 19:12:39 01/24/05 Mon

Hello,
I have a three month old Olde English Bulldogge and there were three instances that occured in the past week.
1. We were walking the new pup and our 1 year old to the vet when two dogs behind a fence came to greet our dogs with a lot of barking. Our 1 year old was ok but then our pup came up and started growling and barking back very aggresively.
2. We got to the vet and our pup started barking very aggresively for no reason at an older pug.
3. We were at a Starbucks and a lady asked if her dog can meet our dogs. Our older dog was ok, but as soon as the dog came over our pup went crazy and started barking and growling.
I wanted to know is this common in puppies because i dont want this to be a nuisance later in the future. What can we do to correct this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing this with our 1 year old OEB. She is getting to be very agressive towards our 4 yr Bullmastiff and there have been some pretty bad fights. If you get any help with your response, please let me know.

Sounds like a good idea. I am also going to check into obdience classes myself. We have had her for a year now and all through her first year I kept her well socialized. It is not other dogs she has a problem with. Our 2 dogs have been together for a year and just recently started the agression towards each other. It is very strange. The fights are horrid and I am having to keep them seperated all the time. It makes living in the same house very difficult. I hope to get some relief from a behavior specialist.

I need some advice. I have a Olde English Bulldogge who turned 1 in September. We got her as a puppy and brought her home to our Bullmastiff. We have had our Olde English for a year and the two dogs were getting alone fine until recently. Now they have been fighting constantly. It is always the Olde English who starts everything. She is getting to be very agressive, but only towards our Bullmastiff. Both dogs are females and I don't know if that has something to do with it. They are both spayed also. I am at my wits end. Both dogs are getting really beat up and I am having a hard time breaking up their fights. We love both dogs very much and don't want to get rid of either. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions. We need help.

Sullivan's Kaos and Blaike's Skittles are Bred -- Nan Greenly, 12:31:10 09/09/04 Thu


Sullivan's Kaos owned by King's River Bulldogges and Blaike's Skittles owned by Greenly's Olde Country Bulldogges have been bred! Should have puppies by November 7th. Originally we had planned to breed Skittles to Kings River's Major, but Skittles fell in love with Kaos, and that was that. A real love match.
Puppies will be red and white I'm sure, but Willie Sullivan is visiting here today, so I will ask if we can expect any other colors. Kaos is a gorgeous young male who looks just like his daddy, Sullivan's Judge. I want to thank Ron and Sandy and Dakota for their wonderful southern hospitality. They allowed us to turn their lives upside down for several days. We had so much fun. They made sure we got to eat real Arkansas barbecue and see the beauty of Arkansas while we were there. We also got to meet Sandy's dad and step mom. What wonderful people! Oh and did I mention the Fried Apple Pie? Homemade and so delicious. I managed to sneak two. Also took lots of new pictures of Kings River's Bulldogges and will be posting them to their site tomorrow.
