Subject: 2 Steroid Injections for Plantar

hello. i have no idea what to do, but i have had two steroid injections for plantar fasciitis over the last 2 months. 10 days after the first injection, i developed what looks like Raynaud's syndrome. i had tingling in arms and legs and my hands would turn red and sometimes a little purple. my leg and foot would go numb. after my second shot in my foot, my back went out and i started to have a skin crawling sensation. none of this has gone away. does anyone have any idea if it will go away, and can this be caused by the steroid injections? i never used any steroids before this.......also, i have somewhat low vit d levels (about 32). thank you,
mt
