Howdy Ivy!

I don't know if this will help, but an old country doctor taught my mom that 100% GRAPE JUICE has an ingredient in it that is not found anywhere else, that helps canker sores, and other mouth sores. It sure does make a difference for me. Drink a few glasses in the first 24 hours, and then drink at least 1 every 24 hours till it's gone. Then drink one every few days to help keep them away.
