Thanks, Judy, for the website -- I'll check it out.

In terms of supplements, I take huge amounts of potassium (40 meq) per day by prescription because of the prednisone, as well as a very good multi-vitamin and mineral formula by Body Wise. I also take additional pantothenic acid.

My electrolytes have a tendency to go out of whack pretty easily because of the prednisone so I am very cautious about any supplements.

Are you trying to taper off a physiological dose of prednisone? If so, I would interested in knowing how you are doing it and what symptoms you are experiencing.
