I sure hope it gets better for you, Judy K, Becki and Ivy. I believe in the power of Prayer and the power of positive thinking. I know it is hard to be positive when negative things surround us but the truth is if we dwell or focus or even verbalize the bad things that gives them more force and it attracts more of the same to us like a magnet. Yes, reality may suck and that is the time you create a different reality in your mind. You go to a place and visualize a place where you are healthy and happy. Eve if it takes putting a picture of somewhere to help you eachday when things get bad, go to that place, your reality. Give it ebergy by focusing on it, verbalize about how great you feel (even if that day it is not true) Give those words your power, your focus even for a few minutes. Steel away the parts of depression you can by doing this. I know it may sound crazy when you are in such emotional and physcal pain but we attract what we focus on so focus n your life when you are healthy and weaned down or off the prednisone. That is who you really are not who the steroids, medical problems, life situations, fears, frustrations and limtations create. Tap in to who you really are and what you want and go there in your mind each time the negative feelings start cnsuming your hope. Keep your faith, find clarity and peace in your own personal true realty until you make that reality come true. It will, it can and you can help. In fact without you it can not be done.Use those beautiful spirits and broken hearts to build your dreams and create your heart's desire. Giscard or distance yourself from the toxic things that you can that are holding you back. If they don't lead you towards your dreams then they are a waste of time and energy and stealing what little energy you may have. Meditate, read and work towards what you want in the ways you can and not the ways you can. It's okay to have times where we need to cry. But remember it is the laughter and the focus on the postive that will help lead you to where you want to be.
