Subject: thinking back

I attended SCDS '65-'67 and would have been Class of '71 had I stayed. I went on to RCDS (followed by Doug Higgins, Lynne Henninger, Bill Campbell!).
I have lived in Norwich, VT for 25 years. This past weekend (10/25/08), our local paper commemorated the 40th anniversary of the crash in Hanover, NH that took the life of Liane Birnbaum. I look across to Moose Mountain & in all these years have never made the connection...anyway, that is how I found this site.
I have wonderful memories of Scarborough; great teachers, the above-mentioned as well as Stillman, Oksner, Coldiron, Mmes. Davidson et Guccione, Solit, Corn... "Little Mary Sunshine", "Lil' Abner". The smell (yeah-not good) of the robes for Christmas pageant. swimming at the Y in Tarrytown.
Sidney Poitier visiting daughter Gina at a lower school open house. Anyone know the whereabouts of Mimi (& Stan) Gottlieb, Betsy Lederer, Tony Kahn, Jerri Kaufman.
