Polly -

I only remember you vaguely, I must confess, but of course I knew Nick and Maggie, both of whom were a bit ahead of me, pretty well. And Crystal's brother Phil was a classmate of mine and a good friend.

There is a "reunion" yahoo group where a lot of Scarboroughites from the 70s have posted at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Scarborough_Reunion . I hope you have luck there, and keep checking in here and encourage those with whom you are in touch to do so also. The more of us that use this the better it will become.

Hello, Polly. Five years after you posted--I hope you've found a ring by now!--but I just found this site.

I was much younger--in fourth grade in 1969-70--but I remember you and Judi Weinstock as being kind to the depressed misfit that I was in those days. I wouldn't expect you to remember me, but thank you! (And my mother told me, some years later, that she and your mother had become friends.)

Hello to anyone from my time there who wants to say hi.
