Subject: Hey, that Washington Post article cheered me up. I've felt like shooting the JAG writers a few times this season - nice to know someone else agreed with me :) And NCIS was created by DPB with input from Don McGill and DPB wrote both Ice Queen and Meltdown, so yes, he would appear to be the one responsible for the doctor's unfortunately moniker.
