*Mac's office*


I'm trying to find an excuse to quit looking at this file when my phone rings.

"MacKenzie"

"Hi, Mac!"

"Hi, Chloe. It's good to hear from you."

"Yeah, hey Mac, do you know anybody who wants a dog?"

"What's up Chloe? Do you need me to come get Jingo?"

"Oh, no it's not Jingo. A friend of mine's dog, Shippers, had puppies and they're giving them away. There are six of them They're labs."

"Why aren't they selling them if they're labs? Lots of hunters would pay for a lab?"

"Well Shippers is a lab. The dad, Kip, was, well,"

"Just say it Chloe."

"Kip was a Weiner dog."


I burst out laughing. I'm laughing so hard that I can't respond verbally when Harm knocks on my door so I just motion him in. He sits and is looking like he really wants to know what's so funny. I wipe the tears from my eyes.


"Chloe?"

"Yeah, Mac?"

"Shippers is a lab and Kip a Weiner dog?"

"That's right Mac."

"I just want to know one thing. How the heck did Kip screw Shippers?"
