Well if Mac is cheap, then Harm is just as cheap.....Annie, Jordan, Renee, Bobbi Latham, Kate Pike, that Maria Helena from S1, his "marriage" to Catherine Gale....I don't like the double standard that its okay for Harm to have lots of women cause he's a man, but if Mac has more than one man she's cheap cause she's a woman....that said, even though I didn't like Singer, I do *agree* that giving us the perception she was with 3 men in a week/10 day time frame was unnecessary...Inside for the rest.... -- Dress Whites And Roses

As for Webb and Mac, I don't think they will go there. Mac was trying to shut Webb up IMHO so she didn't have to hear his words, because she knew that she would either have to lie to him or hurt him. Her feelings are of compassion and friendship, not because she's in love with him. And if she was forced to respond, it would either be a lie or a hurt, and she didn't want to do either....

I sincerely hope TPTB don't go there, and create another S6 mess with Webb and Catherine Gale. You can't forget about her, her mother didn't die, and her mother still thinks that Harm is married to her daughter....I don't think we've seen the end of Gale, and again, I don't want to see angst or Webb used as a pawn in the H&M mess...its time to let M&H be adults, you can still have plenty of tension even if they are seeing each other, they will still have to oppose each other in court, or maybe disagree on a case, it can be done. Thing is, DB doesn't want to do it, he prefers chain yanking LOL!!

Both DJE and CB had consistently said that they'd like Harm and Mac to move forward. Especially DJE...he's said its frustrating to take one move forward and then the writers drop it, and I think he even said something about "think of the possibilities and storylines" but DB continues to head backwards....CB has recently said its time to stop the 7 year foreplay, but again, what do we get, an indication of Mac/Webb.

I guess we were warned....Kip said the shipper moment would be one we didn't expect, though most when they found out Mac was going undercover with Webb did predict that one, and CB recently said a "different" direction for Harm and Mac, well Mac being with Webb would be different.

If you go there, make it permanent. Close the book on Harm and Mac...no more looks, no more angst, no more jealousies...let them be truly happy with their choices, but for gods sake don't use Webb as a pawn to further H&M...Webb is too good for that, make a decision on H&M and stick to it.

I would prefer no SO's for either, which is why I can see Webb dying in the opener....and Harm making a declaration to Mac about his feelings...Mac would then retreat a little, because she did care for Webb, and another man (as she perceives it) died because of her. I can see this being a good angle, there are no SO's, we know Harm loves her, but Webb's death shakes Mac and she backs off. Harm then helps her heal, and we can move forward....that's JMVHO....I'm sure DB will go off in a different direction, LOL!!
