Subject: "critical condition"

Please explain why I see pictures for the end of "critical condition" with Mac and Harm holding hands?It seems to me like she had both hands and her head on his shoulder. Did I miss something or did they change their minds on this shot?I think my "shipper" heart would have noticed this.
