See I saw that one differently...I agree that Harm was miffed that Mac was chosen first, but I also thought his questioning of AJ's decision was also a round-about way for Harm to question Mac's ability. And from what I saw in FF, Harm was most definitely biased, & Mac had every right to be concerned, Coates knew Harm was favoring the defense....should Mac of handled it better? Yeah, but she was right with her assessment, she just shouldn't of been so vocal, LOL!! -- Dress Whites And Roses

Well, Mac didn't exactly win any points in the judge debate this week. Yes, Bud had a loser client. And yes, there was no jury so it was up to Mac to decide the case. - I agree there, yes Mac was the JUDGE & JURY, but she should've let Bud finish...however, Bud really should've tried to negotiate a plea, this was a stupid case that should never of been brought to trial. I think Mac was the only one who picked up on the difference between "respecting females" & "respecting the female body" but I'm not a *fan* of the Judgeship story arc, & this was planned (well initially anyway) before CB's pregnancy, & it was IMHO a mistake...neither M&H should be Judges, let them be lawyers & do what the do best!!
