Well, Mac didn't exactly win any points in the judge debate this week. Yes, Bud had a loser client. And yes, there was no jury so it was up to Mac to decide the case. But could she have at least let Bud finish presenting his case before she started snickering and sighing and generally making her opinion of the case known? -- Dress Whites And Roses

I agree there, yes Mac was the JUDGE & JURY, but she should've let Bud finish...however, Bud really should've tried to negotiate a plea, this was a stupid case that should never of been brought to trial. I think Mac was the only one who picked up on the difference between "respecting females" & "respecting the female body" but I'm not a *fan* of the Judgeship story arc, & this was planned (well initially anyway) before CB's pregnancy, & it was IMHO a mistake...neither M&H should be Judges, let them be lawyers & do what the do best!!
