Hi Al, thanks for reading! I wrote this after writing
a Email to a poet that I thought might be a friend,
with a in common way of doing a couple of things.

after I sent it, realized that a small part might
be misunderstood
and sent a short clariflying message that would have
cleared the air in his head but before read, it's
blocked and it upset and hurt me to think
that this person, half a way around the world,
just let himself assume that I guess
I was after an internet romance is about the last thing
in the world I want or desire.
This poem is a first draft
and yes, quite rough in spots,
I suppose I was so mentally tired of things
like this when I wrote it, I was too close to it.
A feeling as when people treat one like
a Leoped when attrative but not trying to flirt.
If I sometimes like to laugh
and be cute~tish, well last I looked...*grin*...I'm
a human too.
I like to treat a man as a human when first meeting
him yet his ego acts like
I'm only after him to trap him any way I can
which I find highly insulting...I am a decent
person and can be a
good friend and highly dislike people being subvert to
trap someone all my life and not about to change that
aspect of myself now. So if people rather assume than
ask, it is their loss more than mine which is fine.
But it does not mean it doesn't hurt. It will tough
enough for a local man to win my heart and
I am certainly not giving it away over the Internet.

I've made one mistake being with a man
physically in my life [[and one on the Internet
long ago]]as after being together for two years or so,
he came within seconds of killing me
during a once only, choking and beating session
that lasted 30 odd minutes. Needless to
say, that ended the relationship like ice water
and though I forgave him,
wasn't about to forget it. But that does not mean I do
not want to be friends with men and if with a local man
it develops into a whole new thing, then so be it,
but with someone who friends and family I can meet
in person during a courting period as I would hope
he would meet mine but it will be hard enough
to win my deep trust even with someone I can see
and yes, have moments of being guiliable which of odds
I have no need to increase playing deeply on the Web.
I've made myself sometimes unpopular with men because
leary when asked,
refused to get into a flirting thing with a married
man and because I said it would only be maybe okay,
IF he did not mind his wife carrying on like that with
a male internet friend...since I did hear from him again,
guess he did mind...*grin*.
Here and there with men who ARE friends and not about
to disrepect his wife and is open about being married
to her...fine...it is fun to make sometimes amusing mild flirts but both knowing that is as far as it goes....fine. But subvert behind the back things.....ylickkkkkkkkkkkkk....thanks
for letting me vent!
*grin* my friend Aldo! SP
