Stopping a good five feet away an answering snarl twisted Jerome's lips before he forced it down and smirked instead. "Perhaps it's not smart to approach you; however I've never really been one to do the smart or safe thing. And I don't ACT like a smart ass... I AM one," he replied in a blande tone, making sure to keep his sense aware of any move the other might make. The smirk twisted into an all out grin at the rest of the vampire's words and he gave a bitter laugh, shaking his head slightly.

"I sincerely doubt that you'd regret attacking me," here he paused to take another drag on the almost gone cig, "But if you did...I'm sure you'd get over fairly quickly." The blonde knew he was walking dangerous ground and could not stop the slight thrill it sent through his frame. Rather like a pyro who plays with fire even though they know it was going to burn them. Only this was a tad more dangerous than playing with matches, it was more like poking a sleeping cobra with a short, pointy stick. "Besides if I left I wouldn't have nearly so much fun." This last was said as though someone suggested he do chores intstead of going out to a club. Calmly Jerome stood still, neither moving forward or leaving.
