It's the best place to start as they can tell you all you need to know and provide details on different approaches as to what is best for you. If you are not comfortable with the first one, then find yet another Ortho. I lucked out with mine - very first one which was recommended by my dentist, as she is very thorough and gave me three options. Good luck!
