My bottom implants will go in when my bottom braces go on. After the implants are integrated into the bone, approx 4 months after implants placed, then temps will go on and the ortho wants to use them as anchors for the top elastic to go to. Initially he was going to use the 2 molar that I have left but was afraid of it tipping forward into the empty space. We'll see what he decides down the road. Orthos seems to take a "one step at a time" approach to see how you progress I guess. We just get impatient.
