I just got my rubberbands at my forth adjustment on wednesday about 7 months in. I do think that it depends on the problems being corrected for when the rubber bands are stated. My treatment is estimated at 27 months. With the rubber bands they are trying to pull the upper teeth back so that they are more inline with the lower teeth.
