Subject: Too much flouride?? Dr. Rick?

I have been rinsing twice a day with Act Flouride Rinse, and before bed I rinse with Phos-flur, which is a more potent flouride rinse. Is this too much flouride? Should I switch to Listerine for the first 2 rinses and then just do the Phos-flur before bed?
