I am new, so I have been looking into the matter myself. I am told that surgrey is the only way. Crack the jaw and move it. I am still deciding what to do myself. Headgear looks bad and sure it does not look great, but I can not imagin breaking my jaw. It must feel realy weird sitting in the chair when they drop this thing on the table next to you, knowing that it is for you and your mouth. I have see it on patient next to me at the ortho's office. It must feel really bad when the ortho. comes over and starts to install this thing. The pressure must be trouble. Then the straps that go around you head. I can not imagin the pressure once this thing is in, but surgrey is another thing. Good Luck.
