I don't think I'm going for surgery..my ortho didn't even mention that option.
I have the neck pull type of headgear..I clocked 10 hrs again last night..I take the train to work and it's about an 1.5 hr commute each way..I had my headgear on this morning then saw a friend in the far distance and took it off right away...I guess I just need the courage to show my gear in public..:)
Plus, my boyfriend hasn't seen me in them yet...arrrghhh...must be such a turn off for anyone...
I can't chew that well now..my molars are really sore...I haven't had so much pain since I've put on my putting on braces and the adjustments were
