How long are you going to be limited to one armed cleaning?
Though I havent seen many people on this forum who use it, except one (Melody, I think?) I use a Hydrofloss, which is basically a waterpik.
This is the only thing I use for flossing, and (knock on wood) haven't had any problems. Not a cheap alternative, but works well. You wouldn't believe what comes out when you use it!
