thanks for the input.
I lost the weight with Weight Watchers and writing down everything I have eaten since the end of October. But whenever I HAD the munchies, popcorn hit the spot.

Surprise, surprise, I had popcorn tonight as my special treat before braces tomorrow. I figured if a separator broke, I'd be in heaven. But they didn't.

So for now, I'll get over the tenderness and soreness and then see where I go from there.

I know you are all correct about the hassle of brushing.

So who knows, maybe the next 40 will be really easy to lose!
