First week was rather difficult. Eating was not that simple but more important, my tongue did hurt a lot. That only lasted for a week, after 2 weeks my mouth fully adapted to this bar. Now after a month I hardly notice it anymore, except from time to time when it traps food once again ... So, hang in there, it will get better ! Clo.
