I guess I don't understand why anyone would actually be searching for junk food to snack on! Use this as an opportunity to clean out the junk food as well!

I don't have too many snacks because I eat 5-6 small meals a day. When I do, it's on sugar free puddings and jello. Cut up pieces of grilled chicken. Tuna. Egg whites. Salads (assuming I can brush right after because lettuce tends to stick in the brackets). Oats. Cut up fruits and veggies, and occasionally pasta. Call me boring, but that's most of my diet!

I'm glad I can't eat bread anymore, it made it so easy to cut out of my diet!
