Help. I am getting braces tomorrow, but have had spacers (horrible) for 10 days. My dilemna is, I have lost 60 pounds because I can keep the munchies away at night by eating popcorn. WELL, since the spacers, I haven't been eating popcorn and know I have to give it up for a year.
WHAT DO I SUBSTITUTE the chewing full feeling with? And it needs to be food. What are acceptable snack, junk, salty, crunchy alternatives? I'm desperate. I'm eating everything trying to find an answer. Can't chew gum...
Help.
