Jamie, I went on 3 consults and once I made a decision, they said I could come in the next week to get them on. If you have to get a tooth pulled, I am not sure how long or if you would have to wait. I think most orthos will put them on pretty quick. After all, that is how they make money.

As for payments, all of the orthos I went to had a specific amount they wanted put down and then the rest broken into payments. THe payments ended up being $200-$300 a month & no interest charged. However, it was a set number of months, so you couldn't opt for a lower payment and longer pay back time. Or, you could finance through some place, but would incur interest charges. I suppose it varies.
