I got a Nance put in on Thursday and I talk with a terrible slurr. I've tried to speak in public but people look at me weird and ask me to repeat myself. The bad thing is I start back to school on Monday teaching Junior High. Any help or advice on how I can cope. I'm thinking about going back to the Ortho on Monday and have it taken out. Are there any alternatives? Can it wait? I certainly can't do my job with this thing in my mouth.
