I would like to add that while it is great for those times when you can't access your counter top model, it is by no means a replacement for the larger, more powerful counter top model. You will have to fill the reservoir twice to do your whole mouth, and the battery weakens after about 5 uses - it is rechargeable, thank goodness! It is merely a convenience item - don't rely on it!
