Hi all, I have just had my first adjustment done on my braces and found it to be excruciating on my top front teeth. Doc says it's because I haven't been chewing/biting with those teeth regularly which makes them sensitive. Is it just me or have others had really painful experiences with adjustments? Also, do the adjustments get easier?? I hope so cuz I'm seriously considering living forever in the braces I've got on to avoid another adjustment!!
