Was just wondering if alcohol has any bad effects on braces (like dissolving the glue bonding the brackets to the teeth) and whether we need to brush after drinking alcohol.

Any effect specific to metal/ceramic braces?

My orthodontist did not say anything about it and I forgot to ask :)
