Over the 10 months that I have been in braces, I have welcomed the spaces that have developed at the gum line, as they have made cleaning easy for the first time in my life. Now my ortho is using a figure of eight tie to close them and I don't like the fact that I can no longer clean between my teeth as easily as I have become used to.Should I say that I don't like it, or assume that my ortho has a deep reason for doing this?
