hey there-
Besides pics, I am the only one I have seen with clear brackets. I cannot visualize colored ligs on them. Doesn't that end up looking like you drew circles on your teeth? Seems like you'd always choose clear.
Ortho told me to avoid all the foods previously listed-but thankfully, I do not partake in any of them, so I'm lucky!
I do use a straw for all drinks-it's a bunch easier!
